We will advise any shortages and costs of freight (if applicable).
Backorders will not be charged for until they arrive, and will be sent out free into store.
Custom or non-stocked items will need to be pre-paid (unless otherwise agreed).

In all instances, we will attempt to ship your order the same business day as the receipt of your funds. Some banks can transfer instantly, others can take up to 3 days depending on your financial institution.

If you are urgently requiring parts, deposit directly at a Westpac branch and the funds should go in straight away. The same applies if you bank with them and complete a phone or internet transfer.

The quote will have our banking details at the bottom of the page. Please use the invoice number as a banking reference and call us once this is done. This is so we can start packing your shipment, ready for the next despatch.

Using your freight – please advise your account number.

Using our freight – we have done the best to get the cheapest freight available and will charge this to the bottom of your invoice. For stock shipments, we will supply free to store based on a minimum order spend, where you are located and what has been negotiated.
